- Management and auditing of Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Family Responsibility Leave, Maternity Leave, Study Leave and/or Unpaid Leav
- Ensuring compliance with applicable statutory bodies.
- Drafting of Contracts of Employment including Code of Conduct.
- Management of all employees’ database.
- Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings and preparation of outcome thereof.
- Representation [Where possible] of Dispute Resolution meetings at various Dispute Resolution Centres.
- Training in Labour Relations [Training Facilitator]
